Under the vipabc brand (iTutorGroup), vipa was a real-time VOIP-calling project which consisted of two separate apps: vipa and vipa Consultant. It allowed students to purchase credits through AliPay or WeChat Pay and use the credits to call instructors for instant one-on-one instruction.

My role: 1 on a team of 5 engineers. We initially built the app before transferring it to another team.
- A lead developer in charge of building the apps, including core functionality such as: user login, registration, calling, user profiles, and call history.
- Implementing and testing various two-way video VOIP SDKs.
